Alpha Scoops bills on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card in your online portal. Once auto pay is setup Alpha Scoops will create your invoice and send you a receipt via email. You can also find your invoice and receipt in your client portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. Your Alpha Scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie doo. Alpha Scoopers are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our Scoopers will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Once your yard is scooped, your Alpha Scooper uploads a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Your Scooper will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
